Painted Fireworks

The whole time during the production I was wondering if I really should let the film end with hanabi (fireworks), as I have drawn or painted fireworks ever before, because I always thought it looks too difficult. So I had no idea how to do it, until I spontaneously decided to give it a try today. I painted all the frames without presketching directly into photoshop.
Considering that I was absolutely clueless before, I am positively surprised about the results.
