Scene 03 Sequence 01 BG background layer

This is the street when Hiko first enters the festival. It is only the background layer. There will also be festival on the side of the street. 

I accidently filled a whole A4 paper, which is larger than the actual TV screen. So I decided to have a camera pan and zoom in this scene, which will even be beneficial , as it will create a bigger impression of the scenery. Moreover, since Hiko is walking in this sequence, a pan up to the gates lets me keep her legs out of the frame for the whole scene, which saves a lot of unecessary difficult animation.
