Hopefully multiple purpose BG. The different layers are quite detailed that they can hopefully be reused and rearranged for further scenes.
I like bringing in some specific detailed parts. I love the Convenie in this scene. It looks very Japanese. The lamps on top of the big grey building have the writing "Tanabata Festival" (Tanabata Matsuri) on them. The signs on the building say Sakura, Omiyage (= souvenir) and Toukyou Hands. On the red stall it says Takoyaki, which are octopus balls.
